Mura’s meister cloud download it here

1. Open a transparent layer 2400 x 2400 pixels.
2. Choose your foreground and background colour. I used  #3a78ab as foreground and white as background colour.
3. Fill with your foreground colour.
4. Go to effects – plugin filters – mura’s meister – cloud. You can jused the default setting.

5. When you want a fewer effect like the sample, change effect to 50

6. Save your paper.  File – save as….give your paper a name and save as jpeg file.
