You need PSP

 

  1. Open a transparant image 2400 x 2400 pixels floodfill with gradiet or colour.
  2. Go to effects – texture effects – blinds with these settings:

 

  1. effects – deformation effects -curl with these settings

 

  1. Finish another background paper, save as jpeg file.

 

Try other settings for another effect.
