You need

PSP

2 wallpapers, you can find wall papers www.google.com type wallpapers look for images.

1. Open your 2 wallpapers resize them, go to image – resize fill in width 1000 pixels.
2. Open a new image – 2400 x 2400 pixels
3. Fill with a colour of your choose, I used my dropper.
4. Now you can give your image a texture, go to effects – texture effects and choose one texture you like. I used fur.
5. copy one of your wallpapers past as new layer at your background. Arrange the layer to right top. Transparent - 65
6. copy your other paper and past as new layer at your background. down and left. Transparent -65
7. merge layers
8. New layer. Tool – pen with these settings

Draw a horizontal line, click right and click at apply.

9. New layer. Draw a vertical line, click right and click apply.
10. Now you can arrange your lines.
11. New layer. Select your text tool, font of your choice. Foreground colour – a dark colour, background locked.

12. Type your text.
13. Merge visible layers.
14. New layer. Select your selection tool – rectangle.
15. Draw a rectangle and fill your selection with colour.

16. effects – texture – blinds

17. effects – 3d effects - drop shadow

18. selection none.
19. transparency layer – 40
20. click right at your layer

  click duplicate.

21. Image – rotate – 90 degrees.
22.  Arrange this layer. Move this layer till you are satisfied
23. Merge all layers, and save your paper.
