Pixel trash

This is not my own tutorial; it is inspired by L&K tutorial –Kirsten.

You need

PSP

Filter flaming pear – pixel trash

Filter – graphics plus – vertical mirror.

1. Open a new image – 2400 x 400 transparant.
2. flood fill it with gradient

      3. image – blur – Gaussian blur- 50

     4.effects – flaming pear- pixel trash

5.effects – graphics plus – vertical mirror with settings you like I used these:

 6. go to image – image effects – seamless

7. Open a new image 2400x2400 pixels fill with your pattern you make and save your paper as jpeg file
