Blending your photos

You’ve got several photos that you would like to blend smoothly, so
that you can use it as a background.
It’s fairly easy to do this.
Needs:
- Open your
photos.
-
Choose your main
photo, the one that you would like to display the largest;
enlarge it by 140 percent.
Image – adjust – 140 %.
-
Go to layers –
load/save masks – load mask from disk – find your Kris mask #70
or #71. Click ok.
-
Layers – merge
group – merge visible layers.
-
Do this with all
the photos you want to use, Enlarging them won’t be necessary.
-
Open a transparent
image and fill it with a nice matching colour.
-
Copy the feathered
photos and paste them as new layers to the background image.
-
Arrange them until
you’re happy with your result.
-
Lock the background
layer, then layers – merge visible layers.
-
It is possible that
you can still see sharp edges. If you do, select the lasso tool
– freehand – feather set to 30 and select the sharp edges, click
delete.
-
When satisfied,
save as .jpg file or give it some texture first.

Used a mask, added an
edge with blinds texture.
