                           Filmstrip download  here 

1. Open your filmstrip in PSP
2. minimalise
3. Open a nieuwe transparent image 2400 x 700
4. Floodfill with pattern, color or grandient
5. layers – new mask layer – from image  – select your filmstrip – mark invert - Click ok.
6. Layers – merge - merge group
7. Give your filmstrip a inner bevel and drop shadow if you like.
8. Save as PNG file

NB> You can also select one frame.
