You need paint shop pro “

1. open a new transparant image 800 x 500.
2. Select your circle selection tool and draw a circle
3. fill with white
4. click right and click duplicate
5. go to image – mirror.
6. new layer
7. select your rectangle selection tool and draw a rectangle like this

8. fill with white
9. merge visible layers
10. Select with your magic wand your white image and fill with your gradient.
11. go to your colour pallet – gradient and look for your metal gradient

12. Effects – 3d-effects with these settings:

13. Selections - modify – contract – 30
14. 3d-effects – outer – bevel with these settings :

15. Selections – modify – contract – 15
16. fill with colour you like.
17. New layer – draw a little circle fill with solid colour.
18. click right – duplicate – image – mirror.
19. merge visible layers
20. select your circles – delete
21. you must select your circles
22. 3-d effects – cut out with these settings:

23. Select none
24. Give your image a drop shadow and save your image as PNG format.

You can use blade pro

·        Make your tag till point 10.

·        Go to effects – flaming pear – blade pro and look for a metal look, just try it out. Move the settings of radius for a deeper bevel. And select the shapes I used the last one.

·        Now you can go to point 17 and make the rest of your tag.
