Shaker box

 

Supplies:

Globe tube or globe as png file

tubes to put in the shaker box.

 

  1. Open a transparent  image 500 x 500.
  2. Set foreground colour to white, pick background colour you like.
  3. Select basic shape tool circle.

Press and hold SHIFT-key while drawing a circle.

  1. Select the white edge – fill with pattern or use Flaming Pear – Blade Pro filter for instance.
  2. Select the inner edge.
  3. New grid layer.
  4. Fill the inner circle with pattern or paste the image into the selection while lowering its opacity to 75.
  5. KEEP the selection !
  6. New grid layer.
  7. Now find the tubes you want to use as shakers, adjust size if needed, and place them at random at the bottom of the circle as a new layer.
  8. Still keep your selection !
  9. New layer
  10. Open the globe tube and paste it into the selection.
  11. Now you can merge visible layers and save as .png file.
